Google Indexing of Torrent Files

This post is more than two years old. It might be still-relevant and maybe even awesome, but it's probably outdated (and likely embarassing!) Proceed with care.
We'd never thought of using google's filetype flag to search for .torrent files, but sure enough, it works pretty damn good. We've added a "Torrent" option to the "Power Google Search" (over on the left), just because we hate typing "filetype:torrent" over and over in Google search fields, and we're guessing that you will too.
